Hotel kraft is spotlessly clean and super nice. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the city center. The managers were kind, always ready to help with any questions we had. We loved the little touches in our twin room, like the kettle and coffee amenities. The staff were really good too, especially for my birthday.
strongly recommend

Clean, spacious room, and a cute vibe from the staff. Loved being close to the main station for easy transport, but the area felt a bit sketchy at night. Breakfast could've used more options, but overall, a solid experience!

We were at the hotel for New Year's Eve, from 30.12.2018-02.01.2019. Good location, not far from the main attractions of the city, but still in a quiet place! The hotel is not luxurious and not very modern, but keeps its "brand", clean, comfortable, cozy, friendly staff! Breakfast - the assortment is not big, but you will not be hungry, eat everything to have a good breakfast when you sit down for breakfast, a waiter comes to you, lights a candle on your table and brings fragrant coffee, change, but nice! On New Year's Eve, on your return to the hotel (about 2 a.m.) at the reception we were offered a drink of champagne and treated with sweets, again, change, but nice! There is open paid parking next to the hotel! Not far from the railway station, many cafes, pubs! Excellent price/quality ratio!
It's okay!

The room size was generous and very clean. The breakfast buffet could have more variety.

Very cozy hotel with attentive and attentive staff. Stylized for old times: forged chests of drawers and chest of drawers on the floors, mirrors with imitation of faded amalgam, oak wall panels with plush green inserts, green cloth under the glass on the table, table lamp under the green lampshade, a pyramid of pillows of different sizes on the bed and much more. It's like visiting your grandmother. But at the same time very modern bathroom with everything you need and even the night LED lighting. Large spacious closet, many hooks and hangers for clothes. There's even a pants press brake. There is a big safe. There are slippers, hats, a spoonful for shoes, lots of towels in different formats. Wonderful delicious and varied breakfast. Fast internet. No noise from the street.
A little ragged at the edges, but clean towels. The room's cramped, but it's good for its price. It's a long way from the station, though you can walk. The way to the station is through the emigrant quarter, near the hotel itself, everything is decent. The muzzle is from the window. Bad noise insulation between rooms.

Reserved the hotel based on the price and location. The hotel is not bad, the staff is positive and open ... There's a separate ironing room with distilled iron water. +. Room is not large with vintage furniture overlooking the central road. Breakfast European, omelette, sausages, cheeses, slices, yogurt, all on a modest, well and coffee and tea constantly offered. Staff +. Location not far from the station, 10-15 minutes on foot. . There is a supermarket on the way and a couple of cafes.
Lived on the 5th floor with 6 floors, after 21.00 it was so impressive that the 6th floor included a washing machine and washed until morning (well, at least vibration and noise were very similar). There are a lot of emigrants (Syrians, Arabs...) in the area of the hotel who are not busy doing anything and constantly looking for someone in the crowd, maybe it's through the location of the central station, I do not know ... . It seemed to me that if you have a more European appearance and look like a local German, you will not be docked. The overall impression of the area is three plus five.

I liked its very supportive employees.
The breakfast was extensive and unlimited; slices of fresh bread, cereals, and pastries. Got well-appointed and well decorated room with sound proof windows - always come in handy. Relatively quiet and best possible location, the train station was walk from the hotel.

I liked its location for my purpose of visisting the area. It is very close to the university hospital. The staff also very nice and friendly. The size of the room is good, but the bathroom size is lettle tide. It is close to shopping areas and the main train station.
